What is an Gas Safety Certificate (GSC)?

Your gas engineer will send you a copy the Gas Safety Record. This record is valid for 12 month from the date of inspection. It is essential to renew your Gas Safety Certificate before it expires. You must also provide a copy to new tenants when they move into the property.
